Workshop & Team Sessions

One‑on‑one counseling offers a confidential space to slow things down, untangle what feels overwhelming, and get curious about what matters most to you. Together we’ll look at patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, then experiment with practical tools you can actually use between sessions. Individual sessions are 50 minutes and can focus on concerns like anxiety, low mood, identity and life transitions, sport/performance stress, grief, or just feeling “stuck” and wanting a steadier sense of self.
Individual Counseling

Sometimes the “problem” lives in the space between people, not within one person. Group and friendship counseling creates a structured space to name what isn’t working, practice more honest conversations, and rebuild trust without assigning blame. We might work on communication, boundaries, repair after conflict, or navigating big life changes together (school, sport, moves, relationships). Sessions can be with an existing friendship/roommate group or placed into a small group with others working on similar themes.
Group/Friendship Counseling

Big transitions can shake up your sense of who you are and where you’re headed. College, graduation, transferring schools, injuries, retirement from sport, moves, and relationship changes can all stir up anxiety, grief, or “who am I now?” questions. In this space we slow down the noise, make room for mixed emotions, and sort through what you want life to look like on the other side of this transition. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be short-term support around a specific change or ongoing as you adjust to a new season of your life.
