Individual coaching sessions are $100 per 50-minute session, with package options available for those looking for ongoing support.
I believe quality coaching should be accessible, which is why I offer a sliding scale fee on a case by case basis for those who need it.
Session options include:
Free 15-Minute Consultation — no charge, no pressure, just a conversation
Individual Coaching Session — $100 / 50 minutes
Previous Flagler College Client Rate — $85 / 50 minutes
Group Coaching Package — $960 / 12 sessions (groups of 6)

What is the difference between coaching and counseling?

Great question — and an important one!
Coaching focuses on the present and future. It's goal oriented, action focused, and designed to help you identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Counseling is a licensed mental health service that addresses deeper psychological concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other clinical diagnoses. It is provided by a licensed mental health professional.
At Athlete's Next Move I offer coaching only. I bring my background in sport psychology, performance science, and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to inform my coaching approach — but our work together is focused on growth, performance, and life transitions rather than clinical treatment.
If you are looking for licensed mental health counseling services I am happy to provide referrals to qualified professionals in your area.

Do you work with people who aren't athletes?

Absolutely — and this is one of my favorite questions!
While my background is rooted in sport and my own journey as a 1996 Olympian, I work with anyone who is navigating a major transition, facing pressure, or searching for clarity about what comes next.
My clients include:
Athletes at any level — from youth to elite
Performers — dancers, musicians, aerialists, stage and film performers
Professionals — executives, entrepreneurs, and high achievers
Anyone at a crossroads — career changes, relationship transitions, identity shifts, or simply feeling stuck and ready for something more
The common thread isn't sport — it's the desire to grow.

We'll spend 15 minutes getting to know each other. You'll share a little about where you are and where you want to go, and I'll share how I can help. Together we'll decide if we're the right fit.
Step 3 — We build your plan
If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule your first full session and build a coaching plan tailored specifically to you and your goals.
